Now, let's have a look at this book:
A compilation of articles from past Threads issues. this great book guides you through padding and covering a dress form, grading a pattern, styling, perfect shoulder shaping and much more. My favorite is the series on padding a dress form, but other articles are great as well!

ReplyDeleteI'm a follower here and on Twitter, but part of me hopes that Wendy wins for her masterful use of the word "bugbear." I'm with her on that one - I'm moderately curvy, my roommate's a skinny mini, and my sister is a Brick House.
ReplyDeleteI'm a follower here, but I don't tweet or facebook. Count me in; this looks like a great book.
ReplyDeleteI'm a follower on Blogger, too. Thanks for writing your awesome blog!
ReplyDeleteAwww... Yeah! I love sewing books and since I'm from Denmark, threads magazine is too expensive to buy on a regular basis. Fingers crossed!
ReplyDeleteHooray for doubling your number of followers! I get all of your blogposts sent to my Google Reader (though only the tiniest snippet comes through, not sure if that's on purpose?), and I follow you on Twitter. I would love, love, love to have this book. My dress form definitely needs a bit of work, and I find Threads to be an invaluable source of sewing knowledge. I'll be crossing my fingers!
